I personally do not use this as my lifting log, but I made it for those of you who maybe prefer to have a log they can jot down their workout in! :)
Under Focus is where I would write what day it is, for example: Leg Day, Back & Bicep Day, and so on :)

My big announcement about my journey to the WBFF New England Weekend November 9th!!! I thought I was going to do it in 2015, but I decided with the results I’m already seeing, I think I can do it now. I deserve this, and I want it. I’ll be vlogging way more once I start the prep so I can check in with you guys and keep you posted on my progress.

From this time last year I weigh 16lbs heavier. But I look better than ever! Muscle is what gives you the slender feminine look that most girls are after! It extenuated your natural curves and who doesn’t love a six pack? Pick up the heavy weights ladies!! You won’t regret it. 16lbs heavier never looked so good!
I’m am sooooo excited to announce that in just a few short weeks.. I will be starting crossfit! Like I’m literally so excited. Both Corey and I will be going together. :) thank God for Groupon. 39 dollars for 1 month unlimited!!!
*also I do have an issue when it comes to crossfit in terms of there sometime lack of good form when performing oly lifts. I will make sure I always have good form. Don’t worry!
