    One of my favorite compprep meals! 4 egg whites and sometimes I add 1 whole egg if I’m low on days for the day. 1/2 cup tomatoes and 1.5 tbsp of green onion with salt and pepper. It’s so fresh and flavorful! Definitely a must try! Protein packed and low carb!

    Meal three and meal five lately. Chicken breast, asparagus and sweet potato on meal 3 not meal 5. 


    Meal Prep with Corey and myself! You can see what I’m eating now that I’m about 26 weeks out. Not much has changed, but you can get an idea. When I get my actual meal plan soon, I can’t share. I’m sorry guys, I’m part of a team now and this meal plan is made especially for me. I’m paying for it as well, so I want to keep it to myself. I can give you ideas, but nothing concrete.
