Under Focus is where I would write what day it is, for example: Leg Day, Back & Bicep Day, and so on :)

One of my favorite compprep meals! 4 egg whites and sometimes I add 1 whole egg if I’m low on days for the day. 1/2 cup tomatoes and 1.5 tbsp of green onion with salt and pepper. It’s so fresh and flavorful! Definitely a must try! Protein packed and low carb!
