    S- .25 cup of McCann’s Irish oats, 1 tsp of brown sugar

    D- 2 Butternut squash tacos (roasted butternut squash, mixed baby greens, tomatos, plain fage, taco sauce, 2 ezekiel 80 cal sprouted grain tortillas

    Back Squats/Front Squats/Ass to Grass- Smith Squats/Leg Press/Calf Machine/Leg Lifts
