Sorry about my lack of posts recently...
I’ve been really sick with a stomach bug, and my Macbook is on the fritz because my charger isn’t working. So I’m sorry for the momentary lack of posts. I’ll be posting more soon when I get my laptop fixed. I hope you all are doing well!

Intake for today
Food:
B- Oatmeal w. 2 tsp of brown sugar
L- Kashi sunshine cereal w. 2 tbsp of lactose free/fat free milk + .5 apple w. sunbutter
P.W Snack- 1/4 cup 0% plain fage w. 2 tbsp of Kashi Go Lean Cruch!
D- 1 small (I mean SMALL) pork chop 1/2 cup steamed carrots and 1 tbsp of mashed potatoes (plain)
Evening Snack- 1/2 apple w. cinnamon sugar, tea
Workout-
1.5 mile run (major hills!)
