Intake: Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 cup fruit salad and 1.5 slices of toast Lunch: 1/2 cup plain 0% Fage w. 2 tbsp of honey Snack: 5 mini carmel quaker rice cakes Dinner: 1 slice of healthy turkey meatloaf, a teeny tiny baked potato (plain), small salad Dessert: 1/4 cup oatmeal Exercise: 7 minute mile run 60 minutes of pilates 30 minutes +  of overall walking here and there today
