Today's exercise & intake
Intake:
Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 cup fruit salad and 1.5 slices of toast
Lunch: 1/2 cup plain 0% Fage w. 2 tbsp of honey
Snack: 5 mini carmel quaker rice cakes
Dinner: 1 slice of healthy turkey meatloaf, a teeny tiny baked potato (plain), small salad
Dessert: 1/4 cup oatmeal
Exercise:
7 minute mile run
60 minutes of pilates
30 minutes + of overall walking here and there today

So disappointed in myself!
Even though I’ve been eating clean all weekend.. I hate the way I have been eating. I’m so mad at myself. I realize I just got my period today and I’m extremely bloated, but I don’t care.
