30 Day Challenge
Hey Guys,
So as you can tell I’m joining the 30 day challenge! I’m very excited to do this, a much better idea than my previous cleanse (worst idea ever). Here are my goals:
1. Maintain 100lbs go no lower than 98lbs.
2. Eat clean- even when dining out (which should happen like never)
3. Exercise 7 days a week: 6 cardio days, Lifting 5 days and Yoga 1-2 times a week

Today:
Breakfast: Gluten Free Amazon Flakes and Fat Free Lactose Free milk- 160 cals
Lunch: Granola Bar- 140 calories and a shared berry smoothy with Corey- 115 cals
Dinner- Salad (spring mix) with organic cheddar cheese (very small amount) and craisons- 180 & One slice of whole grain toast- 90 cals
Snacks- Tea with Lactose Free, Fat free milk and one tsp on...
